After their HPX set at the CDKU FM lobby on Dalhousie’s campus, I caught up with Paul (drums) and Chad (guitar/vocals) of Kestrels. When they played in Newfoundland a couple of months ago we got a chance to film a live session and strike up an interview, and since then they’ve been quite busy taking their EP to Quebec; notably at the Pop Montreal Music Festival, and spending time in the studio finishing up their new album.
